When I approached Chel with an offer to bind Out of Time for her, we quickly worked together on how the book should look, and she suggested mimicking the look of her copy of Shadow & Bone Collector’s Edition with the stark black and gold. She loved how it looked, and how cool would it be if OOT matched?! So I sent her samples of the altered cover, we agreed on gold over silver, and this is how this cover came to be.
